a magical stay at the palace

great kindnessprofessional presencegenuine interestamazing service
elizabeth at the front office showed great kindness. tamara was super professional and patient which i found very comforting. kal the concierge displayed genuine interest as i planned my trip. the personnel had magic touch and always provided amazing services.
I noticed a slight crack in the blackout curtain. It was a minor imperfection.

the villard restaurant offered a gem with its quiche lorraine served for breakfast i recommend to try it. returning in the evening for drinks presented even better cocktails. the vibes at the bar were great on saturday night and the staff was very attentive.

the location provided convenient access to everything central i wanted to see. the hotel is perfectly situated in midtown near 5th avenue and theatres. subway access was easy and central park was within walking distance which i found excellent.
